We are an independent agency and formed by a partnership with a combined experience of over 25 years within the industry. We have an extensive knowledge of the local market and property industry. We are truly committed and dedicated to our clients and aim to deliver the highest level of customer service.

We pride ourselves on our hard work ethic and the business acumen results that we have achieved over the past 15 years, whilst working within the industry, which is why we decided to open our own agency. We can assist you to sell your home in many ways which in its self-sets us apart from the other agents, below is the package that we offer:


0.75% No VAT (Subject to a minimum fee of £895.00)

  • We will provide you with a free market assessment
  • We will arrange for an EPC to be conducted, should you require one. This fee will be payable by yourself. 
  • We will provide a FREE floorplan of your home
  • We will measure up your home and take photographs
  • We will prepare your sales particulars
  • We will advertise your property on our online portals including Zoopla
  • We will carry out the viewings for you
  • We will put all offers received forward to you and negotiate between yourself and your buyer
  • We will prepare the memorandums of sale and send onto your solicitors
  • We will liaise with your solicitors during the sales progress and update you regularly
  • We will progress the sale through to completion for you and invoice your solicitor for payment upon completion
